Keema masala


Ingredients

Minced meat (I used pork and veal) : 400gms
Cinnamon stick : 1
Sunflower oil : 2 tbs
Chopped onion : 1
Dried garlic powder: 1tsp
Cumin powder: 1tsp
Garam masala powder: 1tsp
Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
Hydrabadi Biriyani mix: ½ tsp
Yogurt : 70gms
Sugar : ½ tsp
Salt to taste
